Who we are

An initiative for digital, economic and entrepreneurial empowerment

The Christian Startup and Innovation Forum (CSIF) empowers Christian communities in Pakistan through digital transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Marginalized Christian communities face a persistent gap in digital adoption, economic opportunity and startup support. CSIF works with the three groups that hold the community together, pastors, women and youth, to close that gap with training, mentorship, networks and capital, while staying rooted in Christian values.

The challenge

Why this work matters

Christian communities in Pakistan remain underserved by digital programs, business finance and startup support.

Christian women face higher unemployment and limited access to business financing. Young people have ideas but little or no access to capital or mentors. Churches, the community's most trusted institutions, are largely offline. CSIF was created to respond to all three at once.

Our story

Uniting entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders under one banner

CSIF is an initiative to empower Christian communities through digital transformation, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Pakistan's Christian community has deep reserves of talent, faith and resilience, but too often lacks access to the digital skills, business networks and startup capital that drive economic mobility. Churches rely on traditional outreach, women have few pathways into business, young people have ideas without funding, and there is no incubation ecosystem for Christian entrepreneurs.

CSIF exists to change that. We bring pastors, women and youth into programs that equip them with practical skills, connect them with mentors and peers, and open doors to funding and incubation, all grounded in Christian principles and moral integrity.

Our work began with gatherings for church leaders, women entrepreneurs and young founders in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and is growing toward dedicated innovation hubs and a national network of faith-driven enterprises.

    The challenge

A community underserved by digital, financial and startup support

CSIF addresses the gap in digital adoption, economic opportunity and startup support for marginalized Christian communities in Pakistan.

For women specifically, the barriers are compounded: limited access to funding, low representation in tech, cultural and social constraints, a lack of mentorship networks, skill gaps in innovation and discrimination in the job market.

    How change happens

    Our pathway to impact

Skills alone rarely change lives. CSIF pairs training with mentorship, capital and a place to grow.

    Where we work

Starting in the twin cities, growing nationwide

Our programs are currently delivered in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, with an ambition to reach Christian communities across Pakistan.
